《熊》的開端就是一個全景鏡頭，將我們帶入廣袤的自然之中。我們看見可愛的小熊約克正笨拙地掏食蜂蜜，就在它專心享受著的時候，卻不知災難即將降臨：石碓突然坍塌將母親砸死了。小熊嗷嗷地叫著，推著母親的身體，期待它重新站起來。過了許久，它終於意識到媽媽再也不可能蘇醒，從今往後自己將獨立謀生了……飢腸轆轆的小熊開始自己覓食，青蛙、蝴蝶都成了它追逐的對象。無論是誰看了這個開場都會被深深吸引，深深打動。

根據迪克金·史密斯原著改編的本片於1995年搬上銀幕後，締造了二億多美元的賣座佳績，並衍生了布偶豬、著色本和交易卡等相關商品。小豬「BABE」立志做一隻「牧羊豬」，這樣的夢想當然會招致旁人的訕笑，認為就憑它這樣一個不夠聰明、不夠漂亮的小不點，怎麼可能實現這個不易達成的理想，然而，就算遭受周圍不計其數的白眼對待，甚至還差點被主人烤了下肚，小豬還是不放棄，堅持著它要走的路，一步一步邁進，艱苦卻自得。

這部影片據說是長達20年的研究所得，在1996年坎城影展獲得技術大獎。有人評價這部電影時說「一個很平常的世界，只要你肯扭頭多瞥一眼，心動就在那一刻，創意的價值就在這多看一眼。」———因為即便是一條毛毛蟲的內心世界都可能是我們難解的。

《遷徙的鳥》是中國電影史上引進的第一部數字紀錄大片，是雅克·貝漢《天·地·人》三部曲之一。同它的姊妹篇《微觀世界》和《喜瑪拉雅》一樣，這部描述自然界無限風光、記錄鳥兒們遷徙歷程的電影甫一出世，短短的三個星期就有250多萬名法國人走進影院，並隨後在歐洲、美國和日本風靡一時。該片共有600多人參與拍攝，歷時3年多，耗資4000多萬美元。景地遍及全球50多個國家和地區，記錄膠片長達460多公里，還動用了17個世界上最優秀的飛行員和兩個科學考察隊。這些數字當然不能表現出影片精彩的萬分之一，如果你看到那群群鳥兒在大銀幕上出現時，不用任何形容詞，你也能感動！

《導盲犬小Q》（日本）

米蘭·昆德拉曾說過：「狗是我們與天堂的聯結」。《再見了，可魯》這本「催淚之作」讓整個日本被一隻名叫可魯的導盲犬所感動。此書在日本暢銷200多萬冊，中國和韓國也都銷量上百萬，被譽為「感動一億亞洲人心」的超級暢銷好書。

這部書改編的電影，講了這樣一隻小狗，它的身上有小鳥展翅的圖案，被挑選成導盲犬，展開艱辛訓練。小Q的第一個主人是渡邊先生。他是個頑固的傢伙，認為盲公竹比導盲犬可靠得多了。但經過長時間的相處，渡邊先生被小Q無私的愛打動了，不管是散步、逛街、爬山……可惜好景不長，隨著渡邊先生的身體狀況惡化，小Q不得不面對自己有生以來的別離。

本片其中一個優點，就是少了一些刻意造作的煽情，換來的是真摯、樸素的感動，戲院內不少女觀眾都感動流淚，便證明不用千言萬語去製造煽情對白，簡單的一個鏡頭，已經能令人感動不已。而影片和書籍相比，一方面那隻小狗活靈活現尤其可愛動人；另一方面突出了它的等待的意志，它為自己主人可以等待一時，也可以等待一世的感情。

《鳥》（美國）

希區柯克的這部《鳥》可稱為動物災難片的先驅。導演並沒有說明鳥群向人類發動挑戰的原因，但對於整場災禍卻拍得驚心動魄，多次利用鳥的主觀鏡頭和節奏明快的剪接手法製造出強烈的戲劇懸疑性，可見緊張得並非浪得虛名。

影片里的海鷗儼然是影片的大反派，甚至是第一主角，它們驀然而至，占據了整個銀幕。這部電影把愛情、親情、人性都放在鳥的陰影下描寫。金發美女在群鳥的攻擊下狼狽不堪，而人類彷彿面臨世界末日。據說如果不是環球電影公司一再堅持，這位導演本來是想連片尾處的「TheEnd」都不留的，以此把鳥類的災難留到永遠。希區柯克片中一貫大量用來烘托氣氛的音樂，在這部驚心動魄的電影中也失去了位置和作用。

是的，心理學家從本片里看到了弗洛伊德，而環保主義者強調鳥類與人類的共生關系，敏感於政治的人們聽出了影片對60年代世界危機的恐懼……看來鳥給我們還真的上了生動的一課。
