《Singin' in the Rain》，它不但是音樂歌舞電影的傑作，也是一部介紹好萊塢影壇從默片時代轉變為有聲片時代的許多片廠趣聞的佳作。20年代末期好萊塢開始了有聲電影，很多無聲電影明星遭遇到聲音考驗，也產生了淘汰與幕後的掩飾工作。

本片故事背景就放在這個年代，對好萊塢這種工作場所造成的弊病提出批評及抗議。主角是性感的珍·哈根、有才氣卻只能在幕後配音的黛比·雷諾斯以及由吉恩·凱利飾演的投機的功利主義者。

Ⅳ 何國禧的主要事跡

1979年香港電台製作的電視劇「屋檐下」同名主題曲﹐可是除了熟悉這首歌曲外﹐對主唱人是何方神聖卻不大了解。 同期還有一首西洋歌曲改編歌「遨遊萬里」﹐此首歌曲在70年代末被用作雲絲頓香煙電視廣告歌﹐廣告版本由關正傑所唱，其後被改編為流行曲用作何國禧首張粵語專輯的主打歌。 那時因為香港寶麗金出版了一張老歌精選20 Original Everlasting Oldies﹐收錄了King Of The Road﹐故筆者從中認識到此曲的原裝版本。
其實早期的何國禧在麗風唱片旗下也出版過好幾張單曲唱片﹐去年一位愛好音樂的朋友便曾推介他的一張1971年的「患難見真朋/吾生也有涯」的單曲﹐歌曲名稱雖是中文﹐其實是西洋歌曲You've Got A Friend 及My Way。朋友認為他的聲線比關正傑更低沉及厚實﹐可是自己就覺得他演唱感情比較生硬。 這張單曲由現今金牌經理人Pato Leung 梁柏濤監制的。
何國禧灌唱的粵語專輯不多﹐除了1979年的「遨遊萬里」外﹐兩年後也在一張合輯中出版了3首歌曲﹐「小草」是電影主題曲﹐當年也有不錯的播放率﹐但論受歡迎便要數與兒子何君樂合唱的「親親爹地」 了﹐此曲輕松溫馨﹐多年來都成為一首不同年代樂迷贊口不絕的歌曲。
1983年何國禧簽約Wea﹐發行了一張「靈犀一點通」後﹐便甚少聽到他的歌曲了。 專輯中的主題歌曲成為專輯的主打歌﹐但令到筆者留下印象的﹐卻是改編Rhythm Of The Rain的「雨中情」。記憶中他也曾為關正傑電視特輯中擔任嘉實﹐最深刻是他倆合唱了Save Your Heart For Me。
