進入七年級的教室，看到了既熟悉又陌生的.面孔，熟悉的是有十幾個學生是以前教過的，陌生的是那些曾在羅山上五年級過來的學生。就這樣，我開始了這一學期的英語教學工作。最初，班上的每個學生還是挺配合工作的，每天認真完成作業，認真背書，接著第一次考試來了，考完後的結果還是讓我挺滿意的。我也發現了班上的一些英語尖子生，在後來的教學中，我盡力把自己能傳授的東西講給他們，但慢慢的我就發現班上的一些問題，那幾個以前不做作業的同學也終於憋不住了，終於不完成作業了，還有就是劉xx、劉xx等同學在課堂上也越來越喜歡說話，做小動作了，對於這樣的情況，最初我能做的就是勸解他們，但一次，兩次有效，後來就沒那麼有作用了...但總體來說班上的小夥伴們表現還是不錯的，每一次的考試也沒讓我失望，緊接著其中考試來了，課考出的成績卻比平時的差遠了，這就讓我反思這其中怎麼了，為什麼會這樣？後來在這後半個學期，我每堂課依舊認真的上著，每個單元的新課上完就及時講解練習冊中的習題，緊接著就進行單元測試，講解試卷。每一個單元都這樣有條不紊的進行著，把新課結束了就每個單元印一張試卷來進行期末復習，然後進行專題復習，最後進行期末測試，就這樣結束了七年級上學期的英語教學工作。但不知這樣的步驟，能不能讓學生們取得令人滿意的成績呢？

到了最近幾年，我看了一下所謂的高票房國產電影。12年比較火的是一個叫《人在囧途》的喜劇片。我個人不討厭喜劇片，但我始終覺得一個沒有內涵只靠把人逗笑就完事的電影絕對算不上經典。

13年的《西遊降魔篇》，可以說是既有新意又沒有新意。它確實演繹了一個嶄新的西遊世界，但還是西遊，一個被拍爛的作品。再怎麼有心意的剩飯也只是剩飯。

14年有一個給我印象深刻的作品叫《西遊記之大鬧天宮》。這次劇情上不僅沒有新意還特別無聊，最關鍵的動作戲一筆帶過，唯一的看點就是美國多少年前就能做的特效。這種無內涵，無劇情，不搞笑的電影我是真的不知道哪來的高票房。大概是他們的宣傳片做得好，再加上人們開始有錢了，開始找樂子了。

16年，周星馳拍了個叫《美人魚》的片子，票房高是為了表示對星爺的尊敬，但正如我一開始說的，他是個好演員，但不是個好編劇。作為喜劇片一點都不好笑，如果一部電影連最基本的都做不好誰會去探究它的深層意義？

17年的《戰狼2》，我只能說很難評價，在戰場上接吻沒人打我也就不說什麼了。但可惜的是，這種完全不科學的英雄主義電影我在上個世紀的美國電影中已經看夠了。也許戰狼表現確實不錯，但我確實看不到美國某些電影中那種放飛的想像力以及深刻豐厚的內涵。

還有某些國產電影我都不想說什麼了，就比如《爵跡》。從頭到尾有幾個原創的設定？而它的票房卻硬是靠幾個大牌演員給扯上來了。

不過看來，若是一家獨大又會怎麼樣呢?九十年代的美國給了我們答案。當時蘇聯解體，兩強格局不復存在，美國為自身利益在全球不斷挑起事端。海灣戰爭，出兵南聯盟，東南亞駐軍……世界在不停的流血，因為一隻孤獨求敗的霸王龍無人可擋，甚至無人敢制約其鋒芒。科威特人談美色變，經濟被摧殘的窘境危害至今，他們的鮮血讓我們發現這個世界多麼需要制約與平衡。

當歷史的腳步邁入二十一世紀，歐盟，中國等地區迅猛發展，世界多極化格局日益增強，我們又一次享受到了全球的穩定與和平，各地區的交流與發展也重獲生機。不得不說，這是各強國間的互相制約帶來的發展機遇。

可見，任何事物中某一個體過於強大時，事物的發展必然減慢。而當事物中幾個個體相互制約時，他們將盡力競爭，同時也有合作，進而促進事物整體的發展。

在各個領域中，每個個體都謀求孤獨求敗的至尊地位，殊不知這樣的格局並不利於整個領域的發展。

當拿波倫與反法同盟互相廝殺時，難奈對手時，歐洲民族國家正飛速形成，歐洲正向著近代文明飛奔，然而當他橫掃歐洲時，歐洲大陸卻盡是鮮血與啼哭;當成吉思汗與南宋相對時，兩方安撫百姓，招攬民心，中華大地欣欣向榮，然而當忽必烈帶著鐵蹄統一中國時，卻只剩人分四等的荒謬與漢人無以為家的凄涼;李自成起兵西北時萬民歡騰，夾道歡迎，待到殺入北京功成名就時卻得八十天夢辭京城的結局，眾人皆說起殘暴，卻忘記了明朝廷與其相互制約的作用。

相互制約時，各圖其利，一心向上，個體的發展共同促進整體發展。一旦大包大攬，必將貽害整體，停滯不前。

中國隊再一次折冠而歸，我卻難言高興。備受國人喜愛的乒乓球運動，正向著一家獨大，技術退步的深淵滑落……

2011北京高考高分作文：包攬後的反思
前不久在荷蘭鹿特丹世乒賽上，中國隊「又」包攬了全部冠軍。一個「又」字既包含中國隊的成就又一次實至名歸，有包含了我們對於成功的反思。

在世界乒乓領域，我們為什麼能長期處於壟斷地位，一次又一次的包攬世乒賽，奧運會的桂冠呢?有人說他們日常訓練極為刻苦，或又有人說乒乓球是國球，有傳統優勢。而我想會說的則是，中國乒乓球的「實力」在於其運作體制的科學與完善。

曾有一位什剎海體校的教練說過：「我們的訓練安排周密而有效，你不會看到哪一個隊員閑滯下來，老的隊員有經驗他們會教給年輕隊員各種比賽經驗和擊球戰術方法。」從中我想到的是讓一個團隊中的每一個元素都發揮其優勢，在團隊內部形成良性循環，並且相互借鑒，達到運作效率的最大化，這便是中國乒乓團隊的實力所在。——系統優化

不僅一個團隊，如果把這種運作方式有效的嫁接到社會其他領域我想也一定奏效。

20世紀90年代，日韓等國遭受了亞洲范圍內較大的經濟危機，此時的兩國大型企業都在企業內部大力提倡科技創新，並結合本國傳統工業優勢實現了由粗放型向集約型的發展方式的改變，並且實現由勞動力主導向科學技術主導的根本提升，在世界范圍內取得了成功。

田忌賽馬的故事耳熟能詳，他的成功也不正像中國乒乓球隊一樣，其實力的體現在於結構內部的優化。

此時此刻，在中國經濟領域的提升也同樣可以借鑒其方法。改變現狀不是一蹴而就之舉，但若能把握其發展的規律，在內部進行元素間的優化，鼓勵創新，我想中國實力之名至實歸將指日可待。

近年來，姚明創造了中國第一高度;劉翔創造了中國第一速度;丁俊暉創造了中國第一準度;而李娜創造了中國第一力度!這一個個中國實力的體現，無不是中國近年來在體育領域進行改革，調整運作體制使之科學與完善的結果。

包攬冠軍不是目的，而其價值在於一個個的成功實力對於中國今後的發展其實極其重要的推動與借鑒作用。

一個冷靜看待「成功」的民族，才可獲得真正的「名至實歸」屹立於世界!

誠信是一朵開在歲月枝頭的花，經久不凋。

歲月的長河幾經波折，彎彎曲曲奔流到了現在，有人睡著，有人醒著，有人無可奈何地嘆息著。

誠信是民族精神的家園。誠信，是對「清風明月」的堅持。太白十八歲仗劍出蜀，胸懷大志的他，想著修身齊家治國平天下，他豪情萬丈，長風破浪會有時，直掛雲帆濟滄海；他躊躇滿志，「天生我才必有用，千金散盡還復來」。可是一個供奉翰林打碎了他那如月亮般清白的夢。

整日吟風弄月，什麼「雙燕復雙燕，雙飛令人羨，」什麼「雲想衣裳花想容，春風拂檻露華濃」，力士脫靴，貴婦研墨，他看透了朝廷的黑暗和虛偽，所以他「天子呼來不上朝，自稱臣是酒中仙」。是啊，青牛、蜀道、白鹿、天姥，不是他的歸宿，而那個觥籌交錯的朝堂，到底是不適合他的。離開，他是誠信執著之人，蔑視一切虛偽，他仍舊堅守著那輪明月，伴他終老。

誠信，是對國家的忠誠。蒼茫大地，他的忠心可與天地比壽，與日月齊光，可即便如此，他仍是那樣凄涼地離開。為了國家，屈原說：「路漫漫其修遠兮，吾將上下而求索」，他努力著，即便世事如何動盪，不管楚懷王如何薄他，他終是想著國家的興盛與沒落。當汩羅江畔的寒風吹亂了他的頭發，吹來了亡國的聲音，他舉身一躍，終與浩浩江水融為一體，他得到了永生。屈大夫，他始終堅持著對國家的誠信。

誠信就像一輪圓月，惟有與高山的相伴，才能顯現出他的皎潔，才能襯托出對待生命的態度。誠信就像一個砝碼，在生命的天平上，放上他，搖擺不定的天平就會穩穩兀立；誠信更像是滄海之波，能夠在浮動的社會里，洗盡鉛華，洗盡虛偽，露出真誠。

朋友，為了國家，為了社會，更為了你自己，讓我們攜起手來，自覺做一個誠信之人，讓誠信的光芒重新照耀民族精神的家園！
