1. 四年级的孩子，英语基础差，可以学新概念英语吗能听懂吗

可以学，新概念1册也是从最基础开始的，不过我认为最重要的是培养孩子的学习兴趣，可以在网上下载一些适合小学生看的英文原版电影，要那种中英文字幕，英文发音的，比如魔法保姆，魔发奇缘，查理和巧克力工厂等等都是挺不错的电影，我的孩子现在五年级，我就经常让她看，看多了，听多了，自然就有感觉了，也有兴趣了，对增强听力也很有帮助。

3. 怎么能看到中英文双字幕的电影

如今DVDRip越来越流行，各种各样的播放器、插件数不胜数。然而对于笔者来说，除了能得到更好的视听享受外，最希望的就是播放电影时能看到字幕有中英互译双语对照——顺便学学外语!要是有这样一款能实现双语字幕播放的软件就好了。经过努力，终于找到一个支持内建字幕引擎并能同时加载VOBSUB的播放器来实现双语字幕播放。这就是一个叫DivX Subtitle Displayer的软件，下载地址：www.onlinedown.net。

运行DivX Subtitle Displayer来播放影片，软件就能自动加载字幕并提示选择语言种类，你也可以从“字幕”选项里手动加载任一字幕文件。运行DSD播放影片的同时也会自动启动VOBSUB，这样只要你在DSD和VOBSUB中各选择不同的语种即可实现双语字幕播放了，并且默认设置下两个字幕不会重叠
另外要注意的是网上提供下载的字幕文件有些是一个字幕文件内含多种语言，而有些仅一种语言，这样的话你需要下载多个语种的字幕文件一起来运行。

软件简单易用，而且还提供了许多关于字幕的设置选项，赶快来享受吧

前提必须是avi文件，rm/rmvb的不行(当然，你可以尝试把rm/rmvb改名为avi)。

推荐安装暴风影音，所有的解码器都带了。如果不装暴风影音，需要单独下载安装VobSub这个字幕外挂工具。安装后，把下载的字幕文件解压缩，放到avi文件所在的目录，保证文件的基本名一致，例如：

要想实现中英字幕对照，同时启用暴风影音的两个字幕插件：FFDShow和VobSub，每个插件调用一个字幕(例如：一个英文、一个中文)，调整两条字幕的显示位置，就可以实现中英字幕对照了。
