进入七年级的教室，看到了既熟悉又陌生的.面孔，熟悉的是有十几个学生是以前教过的，陌生的是那些曾在罗山上五年级过来的学生。就这样，我开始了这一学期的英语教学工作。最初，班上的每个学生还是挺配合工作的，每天认真完成作业，认真背书，接着第一次考试来了，考完后的结果还是让我挺满意的。我也发现了班上的一些英语尖子生，在后来的教学中，我尽力把自己能传授的东西讲给他们，但慢慢的我就发现班上的一些问题，那几个以前不做作业的同学也终于憋不住了，终于不完成作业了，还有就是刘xx、刘xx等同学在课堂上也越来越喜欢说话，做小动作了，对于这样的情况，最初我能做的就是劝解他们，但一次，两次有效，后来就没那么有作用了...但总体来说班上的小伙伴们表现还是不错的，每一次的考试也没让我失望，紧接着其中考试来了，课考出的成绩却比平时的差远了，这就让我反思这其中怎么了，为什么会这样？后来在这后半个学期，我每堂课依旧认真的上着，每个单元的新课上完就及时讲解练习册中的习题，紧接着就进行单元测试，讲解试卷。每一个单元都这样有条不紊的进行着，把新课结束了就每个单元印一张试卷来进行期末复习，然后进行专题复习，最后进行期末测试，就这样结束了七年级上学期的英语教学工作。但不知这样的步骤，能不能让学生们取得令人满意的成绩呢？

到了最近几年，我看了一下所谓的高票房国产电影。12年比较火的是一个叫《人在囧途》的喜剧片。我个人不讨厌喜剧片，但我始终觉得一个没有内涵只靠把人逗笑就完事的电影绝对算不上经典。

13年的《西游降魔篇》，可以说是既有新意又没有新意。它确实演绎了一个崭新的西游世界，但还是西游，一个被拍烂的作品。再怎么有心意的剩饭也只是剩饭。

14年有一个给我印象深刻的作品叫《西游记之大闹天宫》。这次剧情上不仅没有新意还特别无聊，最关键的动作戏一笔带过，唯一的看点就是美国多少年前就能做的特效。这种无内涵，无剧情，不搞笑的电影我是真的不知道哪来的高票房。大概是他们的宣传片做得好，再加上人们开始有钱了，开始找乐子了。

16年，周星驰拍了个叫《美人鱼》的片子，票房高是为了表示对星爷的尊敬，但正如我一开始说的，他是个好演员，但不是个好编剧。作为喜剧片一点都不好笑，如果一部电影连最基本的都做不好谁会去探究它的深层意义？

17年的《战狼2》，我只能说很难评价，在战场上接吻没人打我也就不说什么了。但可惜的是，这种完全不科学的英雄主义电影我在上个世纪的美国电影中已经看够了。也许战狼表现确实不错，但我确实看不到美国某些电影中那种放飞的想象力以及深刻丰厚的内涵。

还有某些国产电影我都不想说什么了，就比如《爵迹》。从头到尾有几个原创的设定？而它的票房却硬是靠几个大牌演员给扯上来了。

2011北京高考高分作文：包揽后的反思
前不久在荷兰鹿特丹世乒赛上，中国队“又”包揽了全部冠军。一个“又”字既包含中国队的成就又一次实至名归，有包含了我们对于成功的反思。

在世界乒乓领域，我们为什么能长期处于垄断地位，一次又一次的包揽世乒赛，奥运会的桂冠呢?有人说他们日常训练极为刻苦，或又有人说乒乓球是国球，有传统优势。而我想会说的则是，中国乒乓球的“实力”在于其运作体制的科学与完善。

曾有一位什刹海体校的教练说过：“我们的训练安排周密而有效，你不会看到哪一个队员闲滞下来，老的队员有经验他们会教给年轻队员各种比赛经验和击球战术方法。”从中我想到的是让一个团队中的每一个元素都发挥其优势，在团队内部形成良性循环，并且相互借鉴，达到运作效率的最大化，这便是中国乒乓团队的实力所在。——系统优化

不仅一个团队，如果把这种运作方式有效的嫁接到社会其他领域我想也一定奏效。

20世纪90年代，日韩等国遭受了亚洲范围内较大的经济危机，此时的两国大型企业都在企业内部大力提倡科技创新，并结合本国传统工业优势实现了由粗放型向集约型的发展方式的改变，并且实现由劳动力主导向科学技术主导的根本提升，在世界范围内取得了成功。

田忌赛马的故事耳熟能详，他的成功也不正像中国乒乓球队一样，其实力的体现在于结构内部的优化。

此时此刻，在中国经济领域的提升也同样可以借鉴其方法。改变现状不是一蹴而就之举，但若能把握其发展的规律，在内部进行元素间的优化，鼓励创新，我想中国实力之名至实归将指日可待。

近年来，姚明创造了中国第一高度;刘翔创造了中国第一速度;丁俊晖创造了中国第一准度;而李娜创造了中国第一力度!这一个个中国实力的体现，无不是中国近年来在体育领域进行改革，调整运作体制使之科学与完善的结果。

包揽冠军不是目的，而其价值在于一个个的成功实力对于中国今后的发展其实极其重要的推动与借鉴作用。

一个冷静看待“成功”的民族，才可获得真正的“名至实归”屹立于世界!

诚信是一朵开在岁月枝头的花，经久不凋。

岁月的长河几经波折，弯弯曲曲奔流到了现在，有人睡着，有人醒着，有人无可奈何地叹息着。

诚信是民族精神的家园。诚信，是对“清风明月”的坚持。太白十八岁仗剑出蜀，胸怀大志的他，想着修身齐家治国平天下，他豪情万丈，长风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海；他踌躇满志，“天生我才必有用，千金散尽还复来”。可是一个供奉翰林打碎了他那如月亮般清白的梦。

整日吟风弄月，什么“双燕复双燕，双飞令人羡，”什么“云想衣裳花想容，春风拂槛露华浓”，力士脱靴，贵妇研墨，他看透了朝廷的黑暗和虚伪，所以他“天子呼来不上朝，自称臣是酒中仙”。是啊，青牛、蜀道、白鹿、天姥，不是他的归宿，而那个觥筹交错的朝堂，到底是不适合他的。离开，他是诚信执着之人，蔑视一切虚伪，他仍旧坚守着那轮明月，伴他终老。

诚信，是对国家的忠诚。苍茫大地，他的忠心可与天地比寿，与日月齐光，可即便如此，他仍是那样凄凉地离开。为了国家，屈原说：“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索”，他努力着，即便世事如何动荡，不管楚怀王如何薄他，他终是想着国家的兴盛与没落。当汩罗江畔的寒风吹乱了他的头发，吹来了亡国的声音，他举身一跃，终与浩浩江水融为一体，他得到了永生。屈大夫，他始终坚持着对国家的诚信。

诚信就像一轮圆月，惟有与高山的相伴，才能显现出他的皎洁，才能衬托出对待生命的态度。诚信就像一个砝码，在生命的天平上，放上他，摇摆不定的天平就会稳稳兀立；诚信更像是沧海之波，能够在浮动的社会里，洗尽铅华，洗尽虚伪，露出真诚。

朋友，为了国家，为了社会，更为了你自己，让我们携起手来，自觉做一个诚信之人，让诚信的光芒重新照耀民族精神的家园！
